Hot, Hot, Hot...

Our weather this past week has been in the 110's. As one of our radio dejays says "one hundered and HOT" because at this point, degrees don't really matter. Yesterday we went to Marly's birthday party, a friend from Mack's babysitter. It was held at a local tumbling gym - we all had fun, Mack especially had a great time bouncing around with the kids.


Today we went swimming with our friend Barbara, we had fun and can't wait till next time!

I have three more weeks of school until the end of the year, my last day is August 6. Then we have about three weeks off before the new school year begins. I can't wait for a little break. During the week Mack goes to Anna's house three days while Scott has football practice, the other two days are 'guys' days - I think they have so much fun together! I hope you all are doing well! Summer Days!

Visit to Reno

Last weekend we drove to Reno to visit Grandma Laura and Loren.  It was so nice to see our family - Mack really enjoyed spending time with Grandma!  The weather was beautiful while we were there.  We drove up to Lake Tahoe on the 4th of July and then enjoyed fireworks in Carson City that evening.  Here are some pictures from our trip.

         



The first pic is from the sofa in the picture window at Scott's mom's house.  The second is a road sign that we thought was funny - I've always called them speed bumps.  :)
