Melton wedding

Last weekend we went to Columbia, MO for a wedding.  The couple are friends and coworkers of ours.  Scott was the best man and took part in the wedding party activities.  It was a beautiful outside ceremony!

         Congratulations
       Mr. & Mrs. Melton!

We drove home after the reception.  We stopped for gas and snacks - Mack got donuts.  He had about 3 and then passed out with a powdered sugar moustache.  Too cute!

more T-ball smiles...

T-ball is the highlight of my life right now.  Mack loves it!  He would wear his "uniform" everyday if he could...grey ball pants, white T-shirt, white socks...unfortunately we only have one pair of ball pants and I am not washing them everyday.  Clearly, I need to find more pants.  lol.

You can see that his team has neon green shirts that say Parker Farms with a tractor on the front, he is # 11.  For some reason Mack has not been a big fan of wearing his team shirt because he doesn't like the tractor on the front.  We were on our way to the field last night and this is what he said, "Mom guess what?  Tractor eleven is ready to go tonight!"  This boy cracks me up!

As you can see, I love tractor # 11!

We played against a team that most of Mack's friends are on...gotta love these kids!

park visit...

Last week Mack and I went to the park to enjoy a nice day in between all of the rain we had been getting.

Mack rode his bike and had a blast.
I took pictures and had a blast. ;)

A perfect summer day!

Coach Murdock...

Big news...Scott is taking on the position of head football coach.  This is a very busy and exciting time for our family.  I am so proud of him - it is amazing to watch his dream come true as this transition takes place.  Mack and I will continue to always be his #1 fans!

The football team went to camp at Central Methodist University in Fayette, Mo this past weekend.  Mack and I went down for the day on Saturday and enjoyed watching the team.

Go Indians!
Mack enjoyed playing with the big boys...

and watching some football...
What a GREAT day!

May...

At the beginning of May we went to see Iron Man 3.  Uncle George came with us and we all enjoyed the movie.  Mack's excitement was priceless, he even wore his costume for the movie!  The regular viewing sold out so we had to see it in 3-D.  Not my favorite...it makes me dizzy, but was definitely full of excitement.  Mack wore his glasses up on his head for at least half of the movie.  lol ;)

Happy Mother's Day...
We met my parents at the Catfish Place for dinner on Mother's Day.  I love living closer to my mom because she is such an amazing woman and I love her to pieces!

I also love being a mom.  Especially to this smart, sweet, and ornery little guy.  (Not the best pic, but I love it!)

Happy Birthday Scott!...
We love to celebrate birthdays in our house.  Mack especially enjoys the excitement of birthdays.

Happy Birthday Honey!!  We love you so much!

Fencing...
My dad helped us fence in our backyard.  It is amazing!  We appreciate all of his planning and hard work.  It gives us such peace of mind to be able to let the dogs out and not have to worry about them.  Dad even helped me build some garden boxes and sectioned off an area for my gardening pleasure.  I LOVE it!!

Mack was very helpful throughout the entire process.

T-ball...
Mack's first organized sport.  Hmmmm.....organized may not be the word ;)  I find it hilarious to watch a 'herd' of children chasing down the ball.  Mack is enjoying playing the game.  He works hard and tries his best.  We have games every Wednesday thru June and look forward to each and every one of them!

Good game...
(this is my favorite part - I love to see their excitement to shake hands at the end of the game!)
