Happy Birthday Mack!

We can hardly believe it's true...
Mack is 2!!!

We celebrated yesterday with our friends.  We feel so blessed and thankful for all of the wonderful friends we have!  Mack received many great gifts: trains, trucks, bball hoop, art set, clothes, & money just to name a few.  He had an amazing time entertaining and playing with his buddies! Thanks to everyone who made his day so special!!!

Today we gave Mack our gift... a new balance bike & helmet.  He was so thrilled!  We could not have chose a better gift for him.  He rode it inside, outside, in the kitchen, around the living room, he even parked it outside the bathroom when he had to go - hilarious!  He kept saying "ride bike!"

Mack wanted to take a nap on the bottom step... so he could keep an eye on the bike, of course!

One last ride before bedtime...

He insists on wearing the helmet! :)

Have a safe & happy week!

Christmas 2010

We had a wonderful Christmas in Iowa with Grandma & Grandpa Graves.  We had about a 3 hour delay on our trip there due to snow and related weather conditions - Thanks to Grandpa for picking us up and getting us home safely.  We were happy to have a white Christmas and so glad to be there!  We were all spoiled and enjoyed a very restful week on the farm.  Mack really loved his time with Grandma, Grandpa, and Uncle George. We enjoyed the family and friends that we saw during our visit.

Mack enjoyed being Grandpa's buddy - they ate peanuts, played tractors, and checked out Grandpa's 'flashlight' nightly.

Mack got his 2nd hair cut during our visit.  He read lots of books with Grandma, built towers, went for walks, and emptied out her band aid box... he had many invisible boo-boos that Grandma could not resist - too cute!

Mack really likes "Gor" and is very interested in whatever he is doing.

During our visit Mack went sledding, checked cows, and rode the big tractor with Grandpa!
